What We Do

Campaigns, trips and education

Through education, debate and advocacy, Yachad is bulding support for the steps needed to create peace. Our work focusses on campaigning and education. Our three areas of work are:

 - Broadening the pro-Israel debate in the UK Jewish community

 - Working with young people

 - Facilitating encounters on the ground

 Our activities include:

Hosting speakers from Israel

We regularly bring people from Israel on speaking tours to the UK and ask our supporters to host events for us. For example, in 2012, we hosted three members of the Council for Peace and Security and over a four day period, they participated in 20 events.

Organising trips in Israel

As part of Yachad's educational programme, we run regular day trips for individuals and groups that would like to see parts of the West Bank, in order to gain a greater understanding of the conflict and the dilemmas facing Israel.
